    • 2025, a year that shaped us

While putting together this Report, we realised how difficult it is to remember everything that has happened in just one year. 2025 has been intense. The kind of year that puts you to the test, but also reminds you why you do what you do. There have been highs and lows, moments of vertigo and others of real calm. We’ve celebrated achievements, welcomed new people into the team and, above all, continued building Trendsplant with purpose and with heart. CIFF, starting the year by looking outwardWe began the year travelling to CIFF, the Copenhagen International Fashion Fair, one of the most important fashion fairs in Northern Europe. A meeting point for brands, agents and stores that share a contemporary and conscious vision of fashion. Starting 2025 there was a clear statement of intent. Reconnecting with partners, presenting what we had been working on and feeling that Trendsplant continued to have a voice and a place in an international context. The DANA solidarity T-shirt with B CorpThe DANA that affected eastern Spain, especially Valencia, hit very close to home and pushed us to take action. Through the solidarity T-shirt created with B Corp, we raised €1,864.09 to support reconstruction efforts, social fabric and environmental recovery in the most affected areas. The project was carried out without any new production, using only existing stock, because helping also means being coherent and responsible with the impact we generate. Each T-shirt became a simple, collective way to contribute and get involved in a real way. New flagship in Alicante, a space that speaks about usThis year we opened our new flagship store in Alicante, designed by Estudio DIIR, an architecture studio with a sensitive approach and international recognition. Their way of understanding space, where material, light and balance take centre stage, connected immediately with our way of doing things. The space is designed to transport you directly to our Mediterranean essence. Wood, natural Bateig stone and steel come together to create an environment that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. A store that is not just walked through, but felt. A space that helps you understand who we are, what we stand for and how we work.Looking ahead to 2026, we have many ideas for what’s to come. This space is just the beginning. Collaboration with MOEA, our third sneakerThis collaboration with MOEA came together in a very organic way. The team at Shop Like You Give a Damn put us in touch, as both brands were among the best performers on their marketplace in the Netherlands, and from there the connection came naturally.Everything aligned quickly. Not only did we share a passion for fashion, but also a very similar way of understanding it. Values, vision and being part of the B Corp community. For us, that is essential when collaborating. Our third sneaker collaboration reaffirmed something we strongly believe in. Collaborations only make sense when there is a real purpose behind them.GEN1 Mushroom proposes a new way of making sneakers, without aggressive chemicals and using natural, plastic-free materials such as MushroomSkin. An honest and respectful alternative that doesn’t compromise on design or comfort. This project allowed us to continue exploring new paths in footwear while staying true to our values and proving that another way of doing things is not only possible, but necessary. The Palm, Tabarca, What Remains and ColorblockThese have been the major campaigns of the year. Four very different projects, all connected by the same way of understanding Trendsplant and telling stories rooted in who we are and what we experience.Tabarca, in particular, was our baby. Something deeply personal. We didn’t just want to show garments, we wanted to tell the story of a place. An island many of us visited as children on school trips and continue to enjoy as adults. A place with a very special energy that deserved to be told with time, care and affection. Each campaign connected us to something specific. The Palm takes us directly to palm trees and our familiar coastal landscape, where the Mediterranean sets the pace and everything feels slower. What Remains was born from a more intimate relationship with our land and the places where we work, areas painfully affected by wildfires. A reminder of what remains after fire, of resilient vegetation and the importance of protecting it.Colorblock speaks about everyday life, the constant movement of a city like Alicante, always awake, alive and full of character.Different stories, different landscapes, but the same root. Telling what surrounds us, what we feel and what connects us. Hotel del Sol with Antonyo MarestOnce again, we launched a capsule collection with Antonyo Marest. Beyond being a close friend of the brand, working with him always feels natural and organic thanks to the trust and connection we’ve built over the years.Hotel del Sol is a particularly bold proposal. It moves away from his most recognisable work to explore new influences, blending his creative universe with our Mediterranean perspective. A project born from freedom, experimentation and the desire to do something different.  Life by the Sea, the magic of Pablo BuenoThis year Life by the Sea was special for many reasons. For the first time, it didn’t come from an external artist, but from talent already within the team. That’s how Life by the Sea came to life through Pablo Bueno.Pablo is a multidisciplinary artist, something he has shown since day one at Trendsplant. His journey has been natural and progressive. He started creating videos around what he loves most, travel, nature and life on the road. But there was more. His background, his way of designing, his personal style, his magic.Today, he is part of the design team, bringing a very personal vision and huge value to everything that lies ahead. This new interpretation of Life by the Sea takes the idea of living by the sea to its most literal sense. Feeling at home, this time under a beach umbrella. Finding a place to relax and disconnect, just like you would in your living room, but with sand, salt and the sound of the sea. From here, we want to sincerely thank Pablo for his work, his energy and the freshness he brings to the team every day. European Sales Convention, bringing the family togetherFor the first time, we welcomed our representatives from France, the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Germany to Alicante. They visited our offices and store, but most importantly, we shared ideas, honest feedback and quality time together. It was also the moment we presented the SS26 collection in preview, explaining first-hand the concept, processes and vision behind what’s to come.It was intense, yes, but above all emotional. Small steps that, with perspective, become major milestones. We’re excited to keep building and shaping the future of wholesale together. We remain B CorpEvery three years, we renew our B Corp certification. Not as a label, but as a real commitment. It reminds us that decisions matter and impact counts. Every step, from how we design a garment to who we work with and how we relate as a team, adds up. Being B Corp is not a destination, it’s an ongoing process of questioning, improving and staying true to who we are.   The logo turns greenChanging the colour of our logo was not an easy decision. Letting go of an identity that has accompanied you from the beginning is never simple. For years it represented us well, but over time we felt it no longer told the full story. Trendsplant has naturally evolved towards a more conscious and responsible way of doing things. First came the green label as a sustainability marker, but eventually that wasn’t enough. We needed to express that commitment in a clearer, more honest and more visible way. This new green represents that journey better than ever. Our values, our ethics and our way of understanding impact. A simple rebranding, but one deeply connected to who we are today.  Brisa01, our first home fragranceWe took another step forward by launching our first home fragrance, Brisa01.An ode to the Mediterranean. To the breeze between fig trees, summer sun and the freshness of bamboo. With a composition of 75 percent fig and 25 percent bamboo, it’s designed to slow things down and fill spaces with calm, that slow coastal feeling that defines us.Brisa01 is made in Spain, with attention to every detail and true to our way of doing things.  Closer to our factoriesWe visited our trouser factory in Albacete with a clear idea, to share more about the process and not just the final result.Together with Mike and Fran, and accompanied by the communication team, we created content to show more of the how and less of the what. Seeing up close how garments are made, with care and by the people behind every step. Because there’s nothing more important than taking care of those who take care of us.We wanted to highlight the way things are made, a value that often takes a back seat when buying a product, but that for us is just as important as the design itself.  Black Friday, consuming with purposeOne of the most intense moments of the year arrived. The entire team working as one. Warehouse preparing orders nonstop, IT and sales ensuring everything ran smoothly, and communication pushing a clear idea, buy less, but buy better. Choosing garments that last, made with purpose and at more accessible prices. Because we continue to stand by creating timeless clothing. This year, we also ran the biggest giveaway in Trendsplant’s history, a trip for two to South Africa with Wild Tomorrow to experience the work of rangers and wildlife conservation firsthand.Throughout Black Friday, we donated 5 percent of every order, fully covered by us, directly to Wild Tomorrow. A small gesture that perfectly reflects our way of understanding this moment of the year. The new Trendsplant universesWe closed the year by opening a new chapter. With the presentation of our work and the 2026 collections, Trendsplant reorganised into four universes that feel more tangible, personal and easy to identify. Origins, Workshop, Essentials and Colorblock. They have always been there, part of our way of doing things, but now they take on their own shape so everyone can feel identified with one, or with all of them. A step forward. For us and for you.

Two B Corps sharing the same goal: IMPACT

THE CREATIVE PROCESSThe collaboration we've done with Barner is probably already familiar to followers of our Instagram feed. Furthermore, you have been able to see them through different influencers who have collaborated with this project. We've launched a line of products exclusively for both Trendsplant and Barner teams. Additionally, for a group of people spreading the message: together, we can improve our planet. Any company can make a positive impact on the planet by using its influence for good. The possibilities are endless if several companies work together. It would be clearer that decision-making should consider both the planet and the people who live on it when taking action. By using ethical local production methods, working with certified organic materials, and offering reusable packaging, we prioritize those interests. PLANET AND FASHION Fashion produces 10% of the planet's carbon emissions and consumes the second most amount of water. There is definitely room for improvement in the fashion industry: it needs to become more environmentally friendly and sustainable. In association with Barner, we have created this pack of products for our closest community. There is much more to our mission than spreading a message. We will plant five trees for every mention of this collaboration on social networks. Sustainability and social awareness are among Trendsplant's priorities. As a result, we always strive to protect the environment, join organizations that share these values, and create products that meet these needs. Our impact can be doubled by joining forces with like-minded companies like Barner and making a difference. IN BARNER WE TRUST Barner was founded in early 2017 by two friends. They identified a problem affecting millions of people all over the world: excessive exposure to blue light. The long hours they spent in front of screens every day were too much for their eyes. The pair decided to create their own glasses in order to protect their eyes, improve their quality of life, and keep their style intact. It was inevitable that we would work together one day. We have known each other for a long time, and we have known their product for a long time. Most of all because we've always been captivated by their motto: "we believe that all companies should be more than just businesses; they should also have souls." This translates into “[companies] not only focusing on doing the right thing for their consumers and developing great products, but keeping their values close, standing up for what they believe in, and giving something back to the community.”

Pre-Order: Fall Winter 22 Pigment Dye Pack

Have you ever wondered why most of the time when someone asks you about your season preferences they ask...Are you a summer or winter person? Hey there! What's the deal with spring and fall? :)We grew up in an area that is famous for summer, Costa Blanca is packed with beautiful beaches and we have great weather all year round. Alicante's spring and fall seasons are incredible (for locals even better than summer, with milder temperatures). Our February release, “Hikers Delight: Mariola”, featured bright colors inspired by the aromatic herbs found in the nearby natural reserve of Mariola. This Fall, it's time to show you Vall de Gallinera and its popular cherry trees, another area that has incredible fall colors.Vall de Gallinera is located around 90kms away from Alicante, heading inland very close to Mariola in the Marina Alta region, it covers an area of around 55 square kilometers and approximately 600 inhabitants populate the 5 villages that compose it.In this collection - part of the Pigment Dye pack, inspired by flora and fauna from the Mediterranean Coast - the colors of Fall in the area are the star, Cherry, and Poplar trees with their leaves turning from light orange to red leaving shades that evoke what the Japanese define perfectly as Koyo (autumn leaves). This collection covers both men's and women’s categories and is composed of t-shirts, sweaters, zip sweaters, pants, and accessories such as tote bags, all dyed using pigments.  PIGMENT DYEThis is a very particular type of dyeing, that uses fewer enzymes to stick color to the cotton fabric and thus we get a more superficial color. In this technique, the chemicals are less toxic and least polluting and the color fades with repeated use and wash, as happens with denim, providing a fantastic vintage look.PRE-ORDERSeveral of our releases have relied on this system over the past few years. WHY? This allows us to adjust orders more accurately, leaving fewer items behind at the end of each season, which means that no clothing is forgotten in a warehouse. The benefits? As a result, if we are more precise with quantities, we can adjust the price; consequently, those who place their orders in the first 10 days will receive a 15% discount, in the next 10 days, you'll get a 10% off retail prices, and in the last 10 days before the actual release, you'll get 5% off.

SS21 CITRUS PACK: Honoring Mediterranean Citrus Fruit

Our connection to the Mediterranean is unique, close, and special. Each collection provides a new opportunity to remind you of its influence. We have paid different tributes to our region over the years: its cities, special places, and characteristic buildings. This year, the fruit has inspired us to create the new Citrus Pack collection in homage to the region’s most typical crops.Using a palette of three colors (green, orange, and white), we have depicted the growth of the fruit from when it flowers to when it ripens. Four varieties, four optionsLet’s discuss the varieties lending their name to the different Citrus Pack garments. The Okitsu mandarin originated in Japan from the Miyagawa seed. It’s harvested between October and January and is very juicy. It lends its name to a T-shirt made on a special loom for striped fabric. Combining green, white, and orange, it is wholly manufactured in Portugal, as usual.  The Navel orange is one of the best-known Valencian fruits. It’s sweet with smooth skin and is harvested from November to May.It inspired us to design a two-color shirt (green and white) with embroidery on the chest. This garment is wholly manufactured in Portugal too.  The Clementine is the inspiration for another new garment made in Portugal, a combination of two colors (orange and white). We love the history of this variety of citrus. The clementine is said to result from mixing the pollen of mandarin and orange trees.  The Mikan t-shirt is one of our favorites. Mikan is the Japanese word for tangerine. It’s one of the strongest links between Spanish and Japanese culture. The completely orange Mikan T-Shirt has a breast pocket and is wholly manufactured in Portugal.  The unknown origin of OwariThe Owari satsuma tree is strong and vigorous. It’s grown in Japan, in Comunidad Valenciana, its origins unknown. In a late-flowering tree, the fruit it produces is not harvested until the fall.We use the Owari colors in our Citrus Pack swimming trunks, which are made in Portugal from SEAQUAL® YARN.As mentioned before, SEAQUAL® YARN comes from plastics collected from oceans, seas, and rivers by organizations linked to the SEAQUAL INITIATIVE.  Ancestral traditionCitrus crops have been present in Mediterranean culture from the moment the purest varieties were brought to Spain more than 2,000 years ago.But the varieties we know today did not take root in the Mediterranean region until well into the 15th century. We are amazed by how this crop has evolved over thousands of years, and by how it remains such a central part of the lives and works of thousands of people.

Ecodye Shorts: Using 90% Less Water in the Manufacturing Process

Ecodye Shorts: Using 90% Less Water in the Manufacturing Process

We continue to improve by reducing the footprint our activity leaves on the planet. We’re not yet 100% sustainable. It is a target we aim for, but we still have a long way to go.Every day we do everything possible to minimize our impact on the environment and ensure our activity has a positive effect on society. This is why we’re happy to announce a new product: shorts made in Spain.Inspired by climbing clothing, this new garment features an elasticated waist and a built-in belt. Latest technologyTo dye these shorts we use Eco-Finish Dye technology, which reduces the consumption of water in the process by more than 90%.We have also reduced our consumption of chemical products and our carbon footprint by half, as we don’t need the energy to heat the water we no longer use.The dye is applied to the garment through nebulization, a more sustainable and efficient process. In a traditional bath, the medium through which the dye travels is water: with micro-nebulization, the medium is air.The manufacturing process is cold, significantly reducing energy costs. The cotton fabric contains a small percentage of elastane to provide the everyday comfort you need. These shorts feature a YKK zip, side and back pockets, and the logo embroidered onto the fabric. There’s more. They bear the “Made in Green” stamp certifying environmental sustainability in manufacturing. Pre-order once moreAs we recently explained, launching a garment on the market via pre-order helps us to fine-tune the amount to be produced in advance. We can calculate the ideal retail price better, and above all, we can reduce stock and storage costs. And not only that, tightly-adjusted production means less impact on the planet. There are many benefits to pre-order, and it also has a positive impact on the customer.Since there are benefits for Trendsplant (we produce the optimum amount, reduce the storage costs and stock), that allows us to give our customers a 15% discount.

All you need to know about Christmas Shopping

All you need to know about Christmas Shopping

The end of Black Friday marks the beginning of one of the most important shopping campaigns of the year: Christmas. We’re still recovering from a week granting discounts, dealing with floods of purchases (online and in our Alicante store), preparing shipments, arranging couriers, and so on. It's time to take a deep breath, have a little break, and begin all the preparations for the coming days. 2020 has been an unusual year, the pandemic has touched our lives in every sense, not just shopping. We fully understand that this year the thought of gifts that excite us all has been to put one aside. We think it’s best in a year like this to be close to your loved ones and to know they're fine.  We want to support you at this time by providing a set of instructions to encourage you to plan your orders better, avoid unnecessary crowds and prevent leaving everything until the last minute (buying in haste is never good and even less so now). Here’s some useful information if you decide to buy any of our products in the coming days:  - We’ve extended the deadline for returns or exchanges: you now have 30 days.  - Everything you buy between now and 6 December, you can exchange before 7 January, even if the time limit is more than 30 days. From 7 December there is a new time limit, 30 days.  - In the end, if you see the 24th approaching and you’re just in time, these are the deadlines for placing an order if it is to arrive in time for Christmas:  * I live in Spain (on the peninsula) and I wish to receive my order before 24 December: your deadline is 21 December before 13.00. * I live in Spain (the Canary or the Balearic Islands) and I wish to receive my order before 24 December: your deadline is 17 December before 13:00.* I live beyond Spain within Europe, I choose the regular shipping option (GLS) and my order must be delivered before 24 December: your deadline is 17 December before 13.00.* I live beyond Spain within Europe, I choose the URGENT shipping option and my order must be delivered before 24 December: your deadline is 21 December before 13.00. Remember: have your mobile switched on in case you are called by our courier or to ensure that there will be someone at the address where you want to receive your order. And we cannot emphasize how important it is to recheck your order form and make sure all your data is correct. In the shipping options, you can choose REPACK and say goodbye to single-use packaging. Many of you already know about it and chose it in your Black Friday orders, helping to make this planet a better place in the future. Throughout the Christmas campaign until 24 December, you can add this recyclable packaging to your order free of charge, making you part of the #trashfreechristmas movement. That being said, if you've got this far, Trendsplant is going to be part of your Christmas. That's why we've made a selection of products for you to get to know better so that you can send them to all those people you want to make feel special during this time. Let’s go:  - Organic cotton: In our catalog, you will now find garments made entirely in Portugal from GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified organic cotton. This is something you will see most often in our new lines, taking us further along the road towards sustainability.  - SEAQUAL™ masks: We made a rough estimate of what the decision to work with SEAQUAL™ represents regarding environmental impact: given the number of swimsuits sold, we have recycled more than 10,000 plastic bottles. Since the summer, the SEAQUAL™ fabric has also been used in the new masks we produce, which are also reversible. This product is now part of our life, so if you wish to give people different masks or masks featuring the designs of Antonyo Marest, we’re your best option.  - Bamboo for comfort: Yes, we have produced socks whose main component is bamboo (80% Bamboo, 20% Nylon/Elastane/Polyamide), because everything cotton and polyester can do in this type of garment, bamboo does better: it has a great antibacterial capacity, it absorbs almost twice as much moisture as cotton, it controls temperature and it prevents irritation due to its high breathability.

Limited Edition Seaqual®Yarn Facemasks: Antonyo Marest

Limited Edition Seaqual®Yarn Facemasks: Antonyo Marest

We are happy to announce a new collaboration with the Alicante artist Antonyo Marest, a world reference in urban art: we are launching a collection of masks made with recycled fabrics (SEAQUAL™ fiber) from marine plastic. With this new line, we want to raise awareness about the threat posed by the massive use of single-use protection materials during the pandemic for beaches and seas. In the words of Antonyo:"When designing these masks, I wanted my artwork to be evident in all three colorways: Summer House, Sea Time, Battle of the ColorsWithout any question, Summer House is the closest design to the goal I set for myself: Very colorful, powerful, and based on the very Mediterranean "Never ending summer" motto, where, the sun shines all year round. The Mediterranean, our sea, couldn’t be missed: Sea Time is packed with blue and it is an obvious tribute to the water that bathes our shores. SEAQUAL™ is the fabric used to make these masks and contributes to this goal by using recycled plastic from our beloved Mediterranean sea. Finally, we have the Battle of the Colors, based on a very simple concept, which I think is key: No matter how different we may be due to color, race, or ideologies, we can all coexist and create something together, that’s the idea behind this pattern."

    Facemasks for a cleaner Sea

Our goal is to make Trendsplant more sustainable, due to which, any news concerning the environment is definitely an interesting topic for us. A few days ago, we found an article with some troubling claims made by Lauren Lombard, a member of the Mer Propre initiative, which we share with you: “In France alone, the authorities have asked for two billion disposable face masks. Based on that declaration, we will soon be at risk of having more masks than jellyfish in the Mediterranean.”   Our goal is to make Trendsplant more sustainable, due to which, any news concerning the environment is definitely an interesting topic for us. A few days ago, we found an article with some troubling claims made by Lauren Lombard, a member of the Mer Propre initiative, which we share with you: “In France alone, the authorities have asked for two billion disposable face masks. Based on that declaration, we will soon be at risk of having more masks than jellyfish in the Mediterranean.”   You probably know that the Mediterranean is present in our brand’s DNA, we were born on its shores, it is a fundamental part of our inspiration, and a statement like this alarmed us. This piece of news was completed with the following facts that give a lot to think about:    Thirteen million tons of plastic were dumped into the sea in 2018, according to an estimate issued by the United Nations Environment Program. In addition, 570,000 tons were poured into the Mediterranean alone, which means about 33,800 plastic bottles per minute, according to WWF.    The fight against the coronavirus pandemic has again made plastic very present in aspects of our life where it had ceased to have so much prominence. The above figures will certainly grow substantially as long as the pandemic continues.   Should we do something about it? No, we must do something. Those who have spent time at Trendsplant will know our line of swimsuits and towels made with SEAQUAL fiber, which is produced in Spain using recycled plastic from recovered marine debris, among others, from the Mediterranean Sea. After reading this bit of news, we wanted to give data that would show that there is a margin for hope.   We made a quick estimate of what this decision has meant, that of working with SEAQUAL, in terms of environmental impact: Taking into consideration the number of swimsuits sold, we have recycled more than 10,000 plastic bottles, something similar to what two elephant calves would weigh.    SEAQUAL fabric is also present in the new face masks that we produce, which are reversible and are already on sale, in which case, each one of them means recycling a couple of small water bottles. Considering that the life of a disposable face mask is 450 years and that the ones we propose can be used more than 73 times without losing effectiveness, the decision we have made at Trendsplant is helping to reduce the environmental consequences for our planet.
