1. Our High-Level Commitment
At Trendsplant, respect for the dignity and fundamental rights of people is a non-negotiable pillar of our business activity. This commitment is fully integrated into and endorsed at the highest management level of the company, guiding all our operations, business decisions, and commercial relationships.
2. Commitment to International Standards (ILO)
To ensure comprehensive protection and avoid limiting ourselves to partial declarations, Trendsplant formally adopts and commits to respect and promote the five obligations established in the International Labour Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
Our company guarantees:
- Freedom of association and trade union freedom, as well as the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining.
- The elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labour, maintaining a zero-tolerance policy toward any practice of modern slavery within our value chain.
- The effective abolition of child labour, protecting minors and ensuring that our operations and suppliers strictly comply with all legal minimum working age requirements.
- The elimination of discrimination in employment and occupation, ensuring equal opportunity and equal treatment for all individuals working with the brand.
- A safe and healthy working environment, protecting the physical and mental wellbeing of our team and of all people involved in our production chain.
3. Scope and Nature of This Policy
This commitment goes beyond the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), internal diversity policies, or Supplier Codes of Conduct, constituting the supreme guiding standard on Human Rights for Trendsplant.
It applies to:
- All direct operations of Trendsplant, S.L.
- All strategic and commercial decisions driven by Management.
4. Subsidiaries and Third Parties
Any operational activity delegated to companies outside Trendsplant’s direct corporate group, or to any future subsidiaries, must be aligned with this commitment.
Trendsplant Management shall maintain records demonstrating implementation, enforcement, and accountability mechanisms to ensure that this Human Rights commitment remains unwavering throughout our entire sphere of influence.
