Returns in Spain are free. For orders coming the rest of the world, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. As soon as we receive your package we will proceed with the refund of your money.

In the unlikely event that you don’t like our products or you would like a different size or style you have to request a return and place a new order for the new items.

Eligible items can be returned for a full or partial refund in the form of payment originally used by the client. You have 30 days (UK 15 days) from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund.

Policy Requirements

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in the same condition it was sent, in its original packaging and labeled. Items received that do not meet these standards will be returned to the customer.
