ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an authentic person, with a natural host mindset and a genuine passion for close, personal customer service, to strengthen our team on weekends.
This position is especially suited for students who want to combine work with their studies, or for anyone looking for extra income, working a part-time schedule (20 hours per week).
Someone who enjoys guiding customers, sharing the story behind each garment and taking care of the in-store experience. If you’re driven by doing things properly and a weekend schedule fits your lifestyle, we might be looking for each other.
SCHEDULE
Saturdays and Sundays
10:30 am – 8:30 pmYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and support each customer, offering an honest and close experience.
Handle sales and payments in a natural, smooth and efficient way.
Keep the store tidy and aligned with our style and values.
Support stock replenishment and organization tasks.
Pay attention to visual details, ensuring a space where people enjoy spending time.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At least 1 year of experience in retail.
Intermediate to advanced level of English.
Familiarity with tools such as Shopify (not essential, but a plus).
And above all, an affinity with our way of doing things: humility, transparency, sustainability and resilience.

We are an independent brand with over 15 years of experience, producing mainly in Portugal and Spain, with a clear vision for responsible growth across digital, retail, and B2B. We grow with intention, without shortcuts, and we are looking for people who understand marketing as a natural extension of product and business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a senior Head of Marketing & Growth with strong strategic vision and real execution capability to lead Trendsplant’s marketing from a business and product perspective.
During the first months, the role will have a strong operational focus to fully understand the ecosystem, take ownership of performance, and build solid foundations. As the project grows and a more operational profile joins to handle day-to-day campaign execution, the role will naturally evolve toward strategy, team leadership, and decision-making.
This is a key position with direct access to leadership, real authority, and meaningful influence over how Trendsplant is built and scaled.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Growth Strategy
Define and lead the global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.Ensure profitable and sustainable growth with a strong focus on efficiency and scalability.
Identify growth opportunities across digital, retail, and B2B channels.
Provide strategic input on launches and commercial decisions, always from a product-first perspective.
Performance Marketing & Data
Lead the paid media strategy across platforms such as Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok, prioritizing efficiency and profitability.Take direct responsibility over a high six-figure annual paid media budget, with the goal of optimizing performance and evolving toward a more sustainable and scalable growth model.
Analyze and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and retention.
CRM, Automation & Loyalty
Define and optimize the CRM, automation, and email marketing strategy using Klaviyo or similar tools. Design and evolve the Trendsplant loyalty program. Improve retention and repeat purchase through data, segmentation, and relevant content.Web, CRO & eCommerce
Oversee the evolution of the Shopify eCommerce with a strong focus on conversion and user experience.Define CRO priorities and continuous website improvements in collaboration with design and development teams.
Content, Brand & Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with communication, design, and product teams.Translate and activate the brand message without redefining it, always aligned with creative and product direction.
Ensure consistency between content, campaigns, and business goals.
Team Building
Define and participate in the hiring of key marketing roles. Build structures and processes that allow marketing to scale without losing identity or control.RELATIONSHIPS
This role reports directly to management and works closely with design, product, communication, eCommerce, and retail teams.
PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must-haves
Strong, proven experience in digital marketing and growth.A senior profile with decision-making capability and a strong business mindset. Solid experience in performance marketing and data analysis.
Ability to combine strategy and execution when needed.
High level of English.
A structured, autonomous profile with sound judgment.
Nice to have
Experience in DTC brands, eCommerce, or omnichannel retail.Experience building or scaling teams. Genuine sensitivity toward product, design, and brands with a strong identity.

CONDITIONS
Full-time contract with on-site work in Alicante, non-negotiable.
Salary range aligned with experience and overall profile fit.
