You have 30 days (15 days in the UK) from the date of receipt to request a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not returned in the same condition as received, in its original packaging and with all labels attached. Items that do not meet these standards will be sent back to the customer.
We accept returns of most products provided they are in their original condition and suitable for resale. However, due to our strict hygiene policy, underwear cannot be returned. This ensures all customers receive products that meet Trendsplant’s global quality and safety standards.
