What is The Herd?

Trendsplant's loyalty club: a way to recognise returning customers through rewards, access and experiences.

Can I join now?

We are still preparing the launch. Membership will open once the programme rules, benefits and conditions are confirmed.

How will I earn points?

The proposed programme includes points for purchases and selected actions. We will publish the values and conditions before activating them.

How will I use my points?

The proposal includes rewards towards future purchases and other member benefits. Rewards and the points needed will be confirmed when the club opens.

How will the tiers work?

We are designing three tiers. Requirements, assessment periods and benefits will be published with the programme conditions.

Does an account or newsletter subscription enrol me?

An account or newsletter subscription does not by itself enrol you in The Herd. Membership will be managed when the programme launches. Receiving marketing communications will remain a separate choice.
