Eligible items can be returned for a full or partial refund using the original payment method.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in the same condition it was sent, in its original packaging and labeled. Items received that do not meet these standards will be returned to the customer.
We accept returns of most products as long as they are in their original condition and suitable for resale. However, due to our strict hygiene policy, returns of underwear are not possible. Combing is a preparation stage that removes some short cotton fibres and aligns the remaining fibres before spinning, producing a more uniform yarn.
American fleece
A knit construction with a fluffy inner face. Brushing raises fibres to create that soft surface. Its inside distinguishes it from French terry: raised fibres cover the loops. Composition and weight contribute to the warmth of each sweatshirt.
