In the unlikely event that you don’t like our products or would prefer a different size or style, you must request a return and place a new order for the desired items.
To request a return:
Due to a recent warehouse change at Trendsplant, some orders may have been shipped from different warehouses. For this reason, the return process may vary.

For returns from outside the European Union, please email us at support@trendsplant.com to obtain your return shipping label.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this process and appreciate your understanding during our warehouse transition.
Eligible items can be returned for a full or partial refund using the original payment method.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund.
Policy Requirements
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in the same condition it was sent, in its original packaging and labeled. Items received that do not meet these standards will be returned to the customer.
We accept returns of most products as long as they are in their original condition and suitable for resale. However, due to our strict hygiene policy, returns of underwear are not possible. This ensures that all our customers enjoy the highest quality of our products, in accordance with Trendsplant’s global quality and safety standards.
