LEGAL TERMS – LEAD CAPTURE AND BLACK FRIDAY 2025 DRAW

2. Purpose of Data Collection

Personal data are collected for participation in the special Black Friday 2025 promotion and for sending commercial communications related to Trendsplant’s products and services by electronic or equivalent means.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for processing personal data is the data subject’s explicit consent, granted by voluntarily ticking the relevant checkbox in the registration form. TRENDSPLANT S.L. may also process data on the grounds of its legitimate interest to perform statistical analyses or to improve its products and services, in accordance with applicable regulations.

4. Participants

All individuals aged 18 or over, residents of Spain or any European Union country, who make a purchase in Trendsplant’s online store between November 23 and December 1, 2025 (both inclusive) and complete the participation form enabled for the Black Friday promotion, may participate. Participation is free of charge but requires having made a purchase during the indicated dates.

5. Promotion Mechanics

1. Make a valid purchase during the promotion dates.
2. Complete the registration form with your email address and other required data.

Registration allows entry into the Black Friday 2025 draw and the receipt of commercial and promotional communications from Trendsplant.

6. Start and End Dates

The promotion will be valid from November 23, 2025 at 00:00 CET until December 1, 2025 at 23:59 CET. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

7. Prize and Awarding Process

One (1) winner will be selected from all valid participants using a certified random-selection tool (e.g. Appsorteos or an equivalent platform). The draw will take place once the promotion has ended, and the winner will be notified by email at the address provided in the registration form. If the winner does not reply within 7 calendar days, a new winner may be designated.

Prize: Conservation Experience in South Africa (for 2 people)

The winner will obtain a one-week trip for two people, in collaboration with the Wild Tomorrow Fund, participating in an exclusive conservation and volunteering experience in Zululand (KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa). During the stay, winners will actively contribute to real conservation projects, habitat restoration and community support initiatives, alongside the Wild Tomorrow team and members of Trendsplant.

Included:

• 7 nights’ accommodation at the Wild Tomorrow Conservation Centre (chalets with double rooms, bathroom, kitchen and shared areas).
• International flight from Europe.
• All meals (breakfasts, picnic/packed lunches and dinners).
• Guided excursions and conservation activities, including all tickets, fees and permits.
• Local transport in South Africa, including transfers to and from Richards Bay Airport.

Not included:

• Alcoholic beverages, extra snacks and personal expenses.
• Travel insurance (mandatory for both participants).

Available dates:

• April 11 – 25, 2026
• August 1 – 15, 2026

(The actual stay will have an effective duration of one week within these periods, according to the final schedule confirmed with Wild Tomorrow.)

Additional conditions:

• The prize is personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
• The winner and their companion must hold a valid passport and international travel insurance.
• If the winner cannot take the trip on the offered dates, the prize will be considered forfeited without financial compensation.
• TRENDSPLANT S.L. and Wild Tomorrow Fund reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary for logistical, weather or safety reasons, while maintaining the essence and value of the prize.

Liability Waiver:

TRENDSPLANT S.L. acts solely as the organising entity of the draw and assumes no responsibility for incidents, accidents, losses, damages or expenses arising from participation or enjoyment of the prize. Winners participate under their own responsibility and must hold travel insurance covering medical or transport incidents during the stay. Wild Tomorrow Fund will be responsible for local organisation and execution of the trip.

8. Participants’ Rights

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability at any time by sending an email to info@trendsplant.com with the subject line “Data Protection – Black Friday”. They may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if they consider their rights have been infringed.

9. Security Measures

TRENDSPLANT S.L. guarantees the confidentiality and security of personal data through appropriate technical and organisational measures in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

10. Data Retention

Personal data will be retained while the user does not request erasure and there remains valid consent or legitimate interest for sending commercial communications or managing future promotions. The user may request deletion of their data at any time by using the procedure indicated above.

11. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

If the promotion is communicated through social networks or third-party platforms, it is stated that such platforms do not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion and are fully dissociated from it.

12. Acceptance of the Terms

Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of these Legal Terms. They will be available in a visible and accessible manner on the promotion registration page.

13. Amendments and Cancellations

TRENDSPLANT S.L. reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion for justified cause, force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, always ensuring transparency and proper communication to participants.
